Brian Manternach is one of the program founders and advisors. He served as the Facilities Accessibility Coordinator for Facilities Management at the University of Iowa. He is the author of the MAPPS (Measuring Accessibility Points Plan and Standards) program and advised and consulted various internal and external members of the campus community on accessibility compliance and universal design of physical space.
