Mike Hoenig is one of the program founders and advisors. He serves as a program coordinator with the University of Iowa Center for Disabilities and Development. Mike coordinates trainings for multiple audiences on a variety of topics which include self-advocacy, disability etiquette, mental illness awareness, and organizational development. He utilizes his first-hand experiences of living with blindness and supporting a family member with mental illness to enhance training offerings.
