Major: Therapeutic Recreation with a Disability Certificate

As a survivor of a brain tumor and a passion to help others, I am excited to share my own personal experiences and ideas for making the University of Iowa and surrounding community a better place to live, work and study.  This opportunity has enabled me to have a voice for persons living with disabilities ensuring their needs are recognized; providing them the ability to work towards their goals in a safe, inclusive and accessible environment.
